Item 1: Review Current Team Rosters & Coaching positions
First games are scheduled with the leagues for April 9th. This date TBD as fields become ready by towns.

Rob handed Scott the Nashoba schedule to pass along to Holly

Rob sent out an email with a link to MYSA's site which has age appropriate curriculum.

New rules in power point presentation - Scott C. looking into a different format for those who do not have power point on their systems.

End of season Jamboree is scheduled for Sunday June 10th.
Item 7: Nashoba information
April 3rd next Nashoba scheduled meeting – Bob R. asked to attend and gather books.
April 8th MTOC roster – Sue to send Rosemary a note, to find out what we owe if anything.
Item 8: Reimbursements for Refs going to Grade 8
A vote was taken to see if all were in favor of reimbursing the referees for taking the Grade 8 course.
A Unanimous vote by all in attendance at this meeting.
Item 9: Volunteer's for the responsibility of:
Field Layouts – Scott P. is willing to lay out fields – when the fields are ready a time and day will be set along with volunteers; Greg S., Greg M., Steve G., Mark S.
Field & Goal Maintenance – Peter Commerford has volunteer to handle goals and nets.
Snack Shack Coordinator – Volunteer needed
Item 10: New shirts from Berlin Police Association
Berlin Police Association has donated 50 new shirts for the U6 only age group.
A plague of appreciation with a picture of the players was discussed in appreciation for the end of the season.

Berlin Rescue Squad has applied for a grant in hopes of distributing some of the grant money for the purpose of training coaches, umpires and referees in basic first aid, CPR and providing first aid kits. More details will be provided upon receipt of the grant.
