Registration: Sue will get registration forms for Fall soccer to hand out to the teams through the coaches. Possibility of a U14 Fall team?? To be determined.
Awards/Medals: Trophies for U6-U12 and nylon back packs for U14 and U16 girls.
Cookout: Soccer will need volunteers to pick up and set up tables 1 hour before the cookout. Date is still being determined. Baseball will take care of the rest.
Equipment: We bought a paint machine and some paint. We are looking for volunteers to cut up broken goals and take them to the dump. There is a possibility we may need to buy new 8v8 goals next year, Puma may split the cost.
Cleat Swap: Thank you to Christy West for organizing the cleat swap. We are hoping to make this a yearly or seasonal event.
MLS Camp: Flyers will be sent through the school and through coaches to their teams. Please promote this camp to your teams. It is a great camp for all age groups! Thank you to Holly for coordinating with MLS.
BYS Night at the Revs: Date to be determined. Flyers will be sent through school and through coaches to their teams and also through e mail. The more the merrier, please promote this to your teams also, it is a great time!
Memorial Day Parade: Monday May 28. Sean Regan offered to march with the kids. They need to be at the school for 12:30, the parade starts at 12:45.
Next Meeting: Tuesday June 19 7:30. It is important that all coaches attend to plan for next season. A lot of changes are going to need to be made as far as coaching. I will send an e mail reminder.
